I only did 1 cup buttermilk it's all i had and it was perfect. I didn't reduce any other ingredients.
3 frozen chicken breasts I cut into tenders. faster and easier cooking.
My bread crumbs were just a few stale dinner rolls I had left over that I pulsed in the food processor. I mixed in the ranch seasoning and then added 1/4 cup or more of parmesan cheese. That made it EXTRA delicious. Panko bread crumbs would be delicious too.
I cooked a pan of my chicken tenders at 450 for 15-25 minutes and they came out perfect and delicious.
